Chudleigh's is an iconic family apple farm located 45 minutes west of Toronto.  The company engaged MCDC in the midst of launching its own prepared food brand with the intent to transform the food servery at the farm into a showcase for its new products, creating a culinary pavillion at the heart of its time-honoured family jewel. 

 

MCDC worked closely with Heuristic Branding and the Chudleigh family to reconsider the site, its flow, and its use-mix to ensure it both paid homage to its past and met the needs of its future.  Reopening in the summer of 2018 to much acclaim, the 'new' pavillions offer a broad mix of food offerings, a cidery, expanded seating capacity, and a stage for live music.  If only we had been able to contain ourselves to the maxim 'an apple a day'...
